Session 2: Briefing Marbury v. Madison, and other writing exercises.

Session 3: Basic legal research techniques

Session 4: Critical concepts for first year courses (Tort, Contracts, Civil Procedure, Property, Criminal Law), overview.

No purchase of outside materials is required. In advance, you will be supplied with a copy of Federalist #10, to be read prior to Session 1, where you will receive a copy of Marbury v. Madision to prepare for Session 2. Other materials will be provided for Sessions 3 and 4.
